Our most popular seasonal subscription packages range from $1,200 to $2,500 per year and include four complete refreshes plus off-season storage. During your complimentary design consultation, we'll walk through your space and provide a detailed proposal with transparent pricing.

Yes. We offer flexible billing to fit your budget. You can choose to pay per individual season when each refresh is installed, or opt for an annual subscription paid upfront which includes a 15% discount. Annual subscribers also receive priority scheduling during peak seasons like fall and winter holidays, plus complimentary storage of all seasonal decor between refreshes.

We intentionally select hardy, climate-appropriate plants specific to Florida's conditions and your porch's sun exposure. Every plant is chosen for resilience in our coastal environment. While we provide simple care instructions at installation, if any plants unexpectedly wilt within the first 14 days due to quality issues, we'll replace them free of charge. Most of our selections thrive throughout the entire seasonal display period.

Our seasonal styling packages focus on the decor, florals, wreaths, and styling accessories that change with each season. Permanent pieces like Polywood rockers, porch swings, and all-weather seating are quoted separately as part of a one-time baseline design service. Many clients start with a furniture setup and then add the seasonal subscription to keep things fresh year-round. All furniture we source is rated for Florida's sun, humidity, and salt-air exposure.
